The problem
A private tutoring business ran scheduling, attendance, tutor pay, and invoicing on manual records. Every schedule change meant copying it out again, and every invoice meant recalculating.
What I built
A mobile-first platform that runs the whole operation in one place, from class scheduling to invoices.
- A recurring schedule engine that handles substitute tutors.
- Automatic tutor pay calculation, wired straight to attendance.
- Invoice and PDF generation with no manual step.
The outcome
Paper recordkeeping was replaced by a single source of truth. Arithmetic errors dropped, and the admin time that used to go into copying data went elsewhere.
