What I did
- Maintained 23 lab computers and their network so classes ran without interruption.
- Diagnosed hardware, software, and connectivity faults to cut downtime during lab sessions.
- Installed and configured programming environments, databases, and microcontroller tooling, supporting lecturers and students in real time.
The job taught me that whether a room is ready is part of whether a session teaches anything.
